Marco Villani

Marco deals with all matters related to labour law, agency law with particular reference to company restructuring, mobility procedures, employment relationship management, assistance to directors and managers, and trade union relations. Marco is also a member of numerous Supervisory Bodies pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and has collaborated in the implementation of corporate whistleblowing procedures.  Marco is a member of Agi, Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani. Marco is a member of EELA, European Employment Lawyers Association.
